Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food for a change of mind.

If you have not received your product due to you having put the wrong shipping address, then we cannot offer a refund, the product will be disposed of. 

If your item has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier and you haven't collected it, and it gets returned, then we can't offer a refund.
